Thou Shalt Not Teach

. . .is the new theme at one New York Baptist church. And I thought it was just the Catholic Church that thought that women just don't have what it takes. So D. I guess I need to ask someone else when I am having trouble with my iPod because you teaching me how to maximize my use of it could be endangering our imortal souls, after all the article does quote the Bible-
First Timothy Two, 11-14: A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, she must be silent
So much for having opinions now too, eh?

Sure. Leave it to Augustine et al to make sure only the most anti-woman stuff gets considered at the "let's make a holy book" conference.
And D. - you'd better stop talking on the net, or the Baptists will come for you.
Hmmm....well, let me be the first GIRL to call Bullsh*t. ;) I don't do "the silent" thing...or meakness either, really...very well. But, I'm sure you already knew that, Vinnie!! lol
And, AWESOME graphic...brilliant...
God dammit!
That's the thing I don't understand... if Ann Coulter is such a great example of Christian womanhood, why doesn't she just shut her fuckin' piehole?
Ok, you quoted correctly, and I appreciate that, but you forgot to read Deuteronomy 22, verse 5:
A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this...
Isn't there a picture of you in a dress somewhere? =-)
The teacher is only as good as the student, dear Vinnie. Perhaps you should read that Japanese handbook that came with your Ipod. I'd bet you a pair of pants it was written by a woman.
Instruction booklet? Those are for losers! Ask a girl your question about technology today AND send her to hell for her answer. Bonus.
Just a a quick FYI Cleaning Lady, the pesron in the dress is Josh Kilmer-Purcell. . .one of my future ex-husbands. By the way D., I am forwarding your comments to Clevaland Baptist chuch along with your email, address, and phone number. . .
Great, they can leave messages in my voicemail 24-7, along with all these scheisty lawyers.
omg. scary.
You shouldnt be to shocked to read any of that since all those "Fantasy" books are written by men. -Topher
