The Art Of Interviewing
I hate interviewing people. I really, really despise it and yet I have to do it or I would be working by myself all day every day. The worst part is since I am calling in blind I have no idea what will be coming in to try to get a job. The horrible thing is if I like someone and I know I am going to hire them their interview is really short, maybe five minutes. If I don't like somebody then I stretch the interview out a good twenty minutes because I want it to feel like it wasn't a complete waste of time.
Twisted, eh?
That is why I hate when people find other jobs or move. That means I have to interview a whole new batch of people. Ugh, if only I could pay someone to do the interviewing for me, then life would be so much easier.

I could handle the interviewing for you. But you'd end up with an all-male staff, who could barely reach up to the counter.
