Happy Valentine's Day
Happy VD to ya'll out there. Hope you had a good day whether you celebrate VD or Quirkyalone Day. I made C-Fresh dinner tonight. I made this awesome Wild Mushroom Macaroni and Cheese that I found in this month's gourmet magazine and I also made our favorite Baked Asparagus. Let me tell you what. . .I am stuffed like a pig. Now we are just getting things together for Sunday when we leave for Las Vegas! Woo-Hoo!
