I have to say, when The Restaurant was on air I was not impressed with Rocco DiSpirito at all. I don't know what happened since then but man has he gotten HOT! Wow, when I saw him on Top Chef I couldn't believe it was the same man! Find out what he is up to here. I think I may try to make the cauliflower au gratin tomorrow.

I liked him better before, I think. He just looks like another gay clone now. not that there's anything wrong with that...
