What?
Do people even know what the hell they are saying anymore? It's like there is no basic understanding of the meaning of words. I'm not even talking about difficult words. I was eavesdropping (well. . .not really because she was practically shouting into her cell phone in line) on a conversation and the woman said "I'm just looking for someone impressionable. . .you know, that can take care of things and get things done and done right."
Hmmm, call me crazy but I think maybe she was looking for someone responsible. . .

At lunch today, my co-worker Ninja and I decided that we would declare Thursdays as Literal Day. Where we would take everything somebody says literally. And see what fun ensues. Stuff like "Let's get our arms around it"...
What's scary is that if she's "looking for someone", it could mean she actually has the authority to hire people. I need to get into whatever industry she's a part of because my English not so good is.
